Bankers Assoc chief defends fees
The Australian Bankers Association (ABA) says the major banks will work with the Federal Government to address any concerns it has about their competitiveness. ABA chief executive David Bell says the banks will respond to Mr Swan. “If the Treasurer writes to the bank’s CEOs, of course they’ll pay the proper respect to it,” he said.
